I am reading an amazing book by Gray Cook, so I will be posting some parts of the book that got my attention.
The first phrase that grabbed my attention was:
"Systems make our programs better. Systems make us better... First move well, and then move often"
I totally believe on Systems, my entire life I've been searching for better ways to understand the body and movement, the whys of skills, injuries and development of the self. Contrary to a fixed set of concepts, rules and ideas that stablish a class or a program, I believe the advantage of a system is that it's based on principles so the rules can be bend according to those principles.
